About the Event
Join us in a marathon event celebrating 20 years of our Third Coast/Richard H. Driehaus Competition, informally known as the “Oscars of Audio.”
Fest of the Best will feature dozens of makers, in-conversation about the past, current and future of audio storytelling over 20 years, across the industries of public media and podcasting. These makers will spend the day having intimate and provocative conversations around what inspires them most, the urgency of making art right now, and how we can keep fighting for great audio storytelling, together.
The celebration will continue through the evening, with a toast to the winners followed by a virtual dance party featuring a guest DJ.
